R.C.L. Kennel extends the following guarantee to the buyer(s) below.

  • We guarantee only the puppy stated below ;
  • We do not guarantee the coloring, temperament, size, or conformation of this puppy.
  • The Buyer agrees to never sell or give this puppy to any pet shop, puppy mill, or similar institution.
  • All puppies have been vet checked, vaccinated, and dewormed before leaving our home.
  • All papers will be given at the time of sale unless we have not received them vet.
  • This health guarantee is in affect for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase for life
  • Threatening congenital birth defects ONLY, such as heart, lung, kidney, and liver defects if documented by a licensed Veterinarian within 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
  • The buyer shall take full responsibility for this puppy and its actions. We assume no
  • responsibility for this puppy once it leaves our home; be it vet bills, landlords disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family members, impulse buying, housebreaking problems, medical problems of the buyer or buyers family members, personal and property damage.
  • We do not cover your expenses. After this puppy leaves our home, the buyer is responsible for ALL VET BILLS; including, but not limited to, physicals, vaccinations, medications, blood tests, x-rays, ultrasounds, surgeries, autopsies, boarding, grooming, etc? The buyer
  • must pay these bills no matter what the circumstances are. WE DO NOT COVER YOUR EXPENSES!!!
  • We are not obligated to replace a puppy whose problem is a result of its new environment; including, but not limited to, change of diet, lack of vaccinations, deworming, grooming, neglect, general health care, etc?
  • It is important that both our Veterinarian and the buyers' Veterinarian examine this puppy and are in agreement about its health.If the buyer chooses not to have this puppy vet checked by their Veterinarian within 48 hours from the date of purchase, then this puppy will be sold in "AS-IS" condition with no health guarantee of any kind.

    We do NOT cover ANY infectious diseases including, but not limited to, Parvovirus and Corona virus, because these can be contracted immediately after leaving our home!!!
  • We do NOT cover ANY Parasites. All of our puppies are dewormed and given Albon for any parasites that may be present. However, it is possible that a parasite could survive and further treatment may be necessary. If this is the case, it is the buyers' responsibility to obtain this treatment from their Veterinary.
  • We do NOT cover Hypoglycemia, low blood sugar, because this can be triggered from the stress of a new environment. Small breed puppies can be easily susceptible to this.
  • This health guarantee does NOT cover any problems associated with Luxating Patella.
  • (sliding kneecaps), undescended testicles in males, under / over bite of the teeth, hernias or any other condition that may have developed after the date of sale that is NOT a life threatening congenital birth defect. You will be informed immediately if any of these conditions were noted at the time of the puppy's Veterinary exam.
  • If this puppy is to be returned for one of the medical reasons covered in this guarantee, we must be notified within 24 hours after the examination. We will then offer the buyer an exchange if one is available. If an exchange is not available then the buyer will be given first pick of a puppy of equal value from the next upcoming litter. No refunds will be given.
  • An exchange will only be given if the puppy is still covered by the 6 (six) month health guarantee and only AFTER we have received all medical records, test results, Veterinarian statements with a confirmed diagnosis, and possibly, a notice of death from the buyers 'Veterinarian. All papers must be provided to transfer ownership of the puppy back to us.
  • It is the buyers' responsibility to transport the puppy back to us. Transportation costs are
  • the responsibility of the buyer, such as gas, airfare, etc. In the case of an untimely death of this puppy, an autopsy MUST be performed by a licensed
  • Veterinarian to find the cause of death. If a confirmed diagnosis of the puppies' birth defect was made while the puppy was still alive, then an autopsy is not needed. It is the buyers 'responsibility to arrange and pay for the autopsy. The buyer will NOT be reimbursed.
  • If this puppy was purchased for another person, then this contract / health guarantee will be
  • in affect for the new owner. The date of purchase will still be used for the purpose of the health guarantee, not the date ownership of the puppy was transferred to the new then this contract / health guarantee is void. The buyer has been provided with a complete medical history, if any, pertaining to this puppy, including vaccinations given up to the date of sale.
  • I, the buyer, have read this contract / health guarantee, including all terms and conditions, and do understand it and accept it in its entirety.
